My video today on “Contracts are for contracting!” or “Why streamers should also work with written contracts when hosting other people’s content on their channel!”. By the way, sometimes the same applies when you “host” a channel on Twitch. In both cases, you should either conclude contracts, clarify the duties and rights exactly and in particular also regulate the liability for content, possibly act within the framework of a GbR or similar, or be really sure of the other partner!
