As a consultant, I offer trustworthy advice based on openness, honesty and transparency. It is important to me that my client is in a supportive environment where they feel free to share their concerns, fears and ambitions. I make sure that I treat my client fairly and equally and explore all options to provide objective information so that they can make informed decisions.

My goal as a consultant is to add value for my client. I make sure he has the information and resources he needs to achieve his goals and am supportive throughout the process. It is important to me that my client is satisfied with the results and that I offer them the best possible solution for their situation, regardless of personal preferences or relationships. Overall, a trusting consultation is very important to me in order to build a long-term relationship with my client. I make sure he has confidence in me and that I am fair, objective and supportive. By providing value and ongoing support throughout the process, I am able to ensure that my client is satisfied with the results and achieves their goals.

Transparency

As a consultant, it is important to me that my interactions are always open and transparent. I make sure I provide my client with all the information they need to make informed decisions.

I inform him about all the costs and risks involved, but also about the measures we can take to achieve his goals. If I believe that a measure is not appropriate or inappropriate, I openly communicate that to my client and advise against it.

I believe that openness and transparency strengthen the trust between me and my client and that both are an integral part of treating clients with respect.
They are therefore non-negotiable aspects of cooperation for me!

When my client has full control over the consulting process, he feels safe and secure. I make sure that I provide him with all the necessary information so that he can make his decisions on a sound basis. I also encourage him to ask questions to ensure he has a full understanding of the process and the risks involved.

I think it’s important to explain all the pros and cons of an action to my client. This allows him to make an informed decision and know what to expect. If an action has risks, I make sure to fully explain those risks to allow my client to weigh the risks and decide whether or not to take the risk.

Overall, I believe that openness and transparency are the foundation of any successful consulting relationship. I ensure that my client is informed at all times about the process, the costs and the risks, and I support him in the decision-making process. If I recommend or advise against a measure, I communicate this openly and transparently and explain my reasons for doing so.
