LG Munich to delete a Twitter post

So slowly is the amount of judgments around deleted posts and closed accounts on social networks, and it is surprising that in many cases the networks still react so irreconcilably. Indeed, the tension between the Network Enforcement Act and freedom of expression is difficult to resolve. However, legal experts had predicted this in advance, and it is likely that courts and lawyers will experience a déja vu with copyright in the next few years and history will repeat itself.

Perhaps one should prepare the pleadings for this now 😉

Following a report, Twitter deleted the post based on the same reasoning in this post and this post. The Regional Court of Munich used a similar reasoning as the Regional Court of Berlin, whose decision I analyzed in this article.
