Digitization of contract creation and client communication

Currently, I am working and planning on a major change that I hope will roll out in 2021. Although I am already extremely digitally accessible as a very specialized IT and e-commerce lawyer, from Skype, to WhatsApp or Discord, I would also like to make future collaboration with clients and communication more digital.

In addition to the community here on ITMediaLaw, which has already been created but not yet released to the public, I will therefore offer even more digital action options in the future to clients who want and appreciate it.

In 2021, there will be an opportunity with me as a lawyer:

– To retrieve and archive each document online via an interface, to add questions or comments to the individual documents and, of course, to make your own documents available to me via this interface. Sending individual documents, contracts, versions, attachments for lawsuits or other documents then no longer has to be sent via confusing e-mails, but can be exchanged with me secured by SSL.
– If a client commissions me to draw up a contract, they will also be able to access these contracts digitally, leave comments on individual paragraphs, words or data, accept revisions or make them themselves, and negotiate the contract with the future contractual partner. There will be a wide variety of rights for this, so of course the future contract partner will not be able to read when I discuss individual points in the contract with the client or make comments. And no, the tool is much more specialized in contract drafting than Google Docs ever could be, for example.
– An online tool will also make it possible to view, adjust and arrange all important appointments, deadlines, meetings, tasks and similar aspects, in addition to the relevant documents for individual files. There will then be no more need to write e-mails and as a client you will always have a complete overview.
– In addition, there will be the possibility to purchase a generator to automatically customize or individualize contracts created by me. For example, if you book a template for a player contract as an e-sports team, you will always have the option to generate this contract for each player in a new and customized way.

I will try to connect all these solutions in the future also directly or indirectly with the community, so that in the future there will be an easy way to get short question answered or fully digitized to communicate with me and get their own needs for legal advice at any time.
