Not only have I been a lawyer for over 15 years, specializing in IT, games, esports and social media, but I have also been an entrepreneur myself for over 20 years.

I therefore advise clients holistically, can help with investments, with questions regarding the formation of corporations, at the interface of business development and law, with international legal issues and support young founders in negotiations with publishers, publishing houses, agencies or in setting up other sales organizations.
