Ist es sinnvoll, dies vertraglich komplett auszuschließen, oder sollte lieber eine Höchstgrenze definiert werden? Außerdem stellt sich die Frage, ob es ratsam ist, eine separate Zustimmung zum Haftungsausschluss einzuholen, bevor die Tester Zugriff auf die Beta-Version erhalten.
