While embedding my new YouTube channel here on the site, I came across an approximately 2-year-old video that I created back then with my esteemed colleague Dominik Büttner, then an associate with me, now working as an in-house lawyer himself.
The video deals with the legal nature of game accounts, e.g. for World of Warcraft, and I would like to bring it out again. However, since the law governing computer games is in a constant state of flux, it should be noted that there is now case law on a number of points.
