Hearing on Web 3.0 and Metaverse in the Bundestag

Is Internet still just “uncharted territory” for government and lawmakers? And what about the next generation of the Internet, which is often called “Web 3.0” and includes things like metaverse and blockchain?

Invitation to the hearing on Web 3.0, Metaverse and Blockchain on December 14, 2022 in Berlin.
The session will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and can be seen live on parliamentary television.
Participants must register with the secretariat by 12:00 noon the day before.
Dr. Malte Engeler and other key experts will be present to answer questions.
The topics include current challenges of the Internet for the government and legislators.

Visitors have the opportunity to express their own opinions and discuss the topics.

The session will be broadcast live on Parliament TV and on the Internet at www.bundestag.de.
