Key Facts
  • 16 years of IT law practice demonstrate the change and experience necessary for innovative legal solutions.
  • The founding of the law firm in 2008 marked the beginning of a journey through the digital revolution.
  • Initially, the focus was on drafting contracts and advising on IT mandates in a still immature digital landscape.
  • Experiences have not only shaped and strengthened professional careers, but also personal character.
  • The future of IT law requires continuous training and interdisciplinary knowledge of technologies such as AI and blockchain.
  • Technological innovations and the Internet of Things are creating new challenges in data protection and copyright law.
  • The journey continues with the aim of actively shaping the digital future and supporting clients in new ways.

The beginnings: a changing world When I founded my law firm in 2008, the digital landscape was completely different. The iPhone had only just come onto the market, cloud computing and SaaS were still in their infancy, and terms such as blockchain and artificial intelligence were far removed from their current meaning. During this time of change and innovation, I was involved in laying the legal foundations for technologies that now shape our everyday lives.

In those early days, the focus of my work was on drafting contracts and advising on IT mandates. Every project, every contract was a step into unknown territory, an opportunity to learn new things and create the legal framework for the future.

Experience meets innovation Over the past 16 years, I have advised a large number of clients and drafted countless contracts. This experience is an invaluable treasure, as it enables me to advise my clients not only with sound knowledge, but also with a deep understanding of the dynamics of the digital world. This journey through the ever-changing landscape of information technology was not only a professional discovery, but also a personal one. It has taught me that adaptability and constant learning are key components for long-term success and satisfaction.

From the first steps in a world where the internet was still in its infancy to the current era where digital technologies permeate almost every aspect of our lives, I have witnessed and helped shape the transformation of the IT industry. This experience has given me a unique perspective that enables me to offer my clients not only legal expertise but also strategic foresight.

The journey continues As I look back on these 16 years, I am filled with gratitude for the many encounters, learning moments and successes. These experiences have not only shaped my professional career, but have also strengthened my personal character. I look forward to continuing this journey, taking on new challenges and continuing to be at the forefront of legal innovation in the IT sector. My enthusiasm for this dynamic field grows with every new mandate and every new challenge, and I am excited to see what the future has in store for us.

The evolution of IT law

From blockchain to AI The world of IT law is a world of constant change. Topics such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and data protection are central to my work today. These technologies have not only changed the way we live and work, but also how we approach and resolve legal issues. The rapid development in areas such as the Internet of Things, cloud technologies and big data has led to new, complex legal challenges that require innovative and forward-looking solutions.

In my role as a lawyer and consultant, I have the unique opportunity to help shape this future. It is a job that requires constant training, curiosity and an open attitude towards new challenges. These are the qualities that drive me and make my work so exciting and fulfilling. The integration of technology into almost every area of life brings with it a constantly growing variety of legal issues, from copyright issues in the digital world to data protection problems in an increasingly networked society.

The importance of interdisciplinary knowledge In this dynamic environment, it is crucial to have not only legal knowledge, but also a deep understanding of the technological aspects. My approach combines legal expertise with a sound understanding of the technical and business background of my clients. This enables me to develop customized solutions that are legally robust as well as technologically and economically viable.

Outlook for the future: New horizons in IT law The future of IT law is incredibly exciting. With the advancing development of AI, the proliferation of blockchain technologies and ever-changing data protection laws, we are facing a new era of legal challenges and opportunities. I look forward to not only observing these developments, but to actively shaping them and navigating my clients through the complex legal landscapes that these new technologies bring with them.

Looking to the future: the next 16 years

Shaping the future The digital world will continue to develop rapidly and I look forward to helping shape this development. The next few years will be characterized by new technological breakthroughs and legal challenges. I am ready for this future – with 16 years of experience and an unbridled passion for IT law.

Conclusion: 16 years in the world of IT law – that’s more than just a professional career, that’s a journey full of passion and commitment. I look forward to continuing this journey and shaping the digital future together with my clients. Here’s to the next exciting years!
