At the same time, providers should make it clear in their general terms and conditions that they cannot accept any liability for the use of their systems by third parties – insofar as this is legally permissible. Nevertheless, the topic remains a dynamic field: with increasing regulation in the field of artificial intelligence, it is expected that the requirements for providers will become more specific and stricter.
