Merry Christmas and a look ahead to an exciting year

Dear Readers,

During the festive season, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and peaceful holiday season. This time of year is a moment to pause, look back and look forward to what is to come.

The past year was a particularly exciting one for me, both personally and professionally. After my time as Managing Director and General Counsel at GamesCoin, now known as Youre, I returned to running my law firm at full speed. It was a year full of challenges, successes and valuable experiences. I am grateful for the trust that you, my clients and readers, have placed in me and my work.

The year 2023 was characterized by exciting projects and developments in the areas of IT law, media law and blockchain. These projects have not only expanded my expertise, but have also laid the foundation for many interesting posts on my blog itmedialaw.com.

Looking ahead, the year 2024 promises to be no less exciting. A particular highlight will be my involvement in an innovative start-up that operates at the interface of influencer marketing, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. This project, together with numerous other mandate requests, promises to be an intensive and challenging year.

In order to be optimally prepared for the tasks ahead, I will take a short break. I’m taking three days off to recharge my batteries and enjoy the Christmas season with my loved ones. From Wednesday, December 27th, I will be back at your disposal with full energy.

I would like to thank you for your understanding and support over the past year and look forward to accompanying and supporting you on your journey in the new year.
