In the last few weeks, I’ve been getting more and more involved with AI and what else SaaS platforms can do. As half the internet has “zeroed in” on AI texters like ChatGPT, many are forgetting that there are many more things out there, from voice to image to video generation. Of course, you can tell from the following video – still – that the voice recording is not really mine and that the video recording was generated. But it also took me a whopping 5 minutes to create and 0.00! Euro cost. This blog post took me more time. Who knows what is possible with more effort, with more money and more technology?
Is it even possible to tell then what comes from an AI and what was created by humans themselves?
What about copyrights/exploitation rights?
Can you even trust videos or photos as a judge in criminal proceedings?
What does Google actually say about all this? Is content still relevant or is SEO completely automated?
Does AI and/or deep file need to be regulated?
Should labeling requirements be introduced, and if so, how would they be monitored?
What do videos/text/images that are not really “real” mean for competition law issues? Can information and content still be trusted?
What should T&Cs of AI providers or T&Cs of AI SaaS services look like?
Questions about questions!
And we are only at the beginning of the development….
