Lately I’ve been working on improving the AI chat page here on the site, with design updates and improved usability in mind. However, I haven’t had too much time for it in the last few weeks. That’s why I have to step on the gas now and get everything up to speed.
One of my considerations is whether and how to set up priority access for clients, interested parties and payers. Of course, I don’t want to overcomplicate the system or overload the website with unnecessary terms and conditions, revocation statements and privacy aspects. After all, this is still my lawyer site. Therefore, I am looking for a simple but effective solution.
Meanwhile, developers are working diligently in the background on the scripts in question, and ChatGPT seems to be taking a big leap as well. The new version offers many possibilities. But I still remain skeptical. The problem still lies in the database and the expectations of the users. Therefore, I still have some considerations to make here as well.
However, I am confident that I will have more news to report in 1-2 weeks at the latest. Until then, I’ll continue to work on improving my law firm’s chat site and optimizing usability. After all, I want to provide my clients and interested parties with smooth access to my services, while not ignoring data protection and legal aspects.
