In this short introductory post, I would like to present basic steps that can help you determine the value of your startup for seed investors according to the legal framework and valuation methods in Germany. Every business is unique, and financial planning should be customized. Note that the methods listed below are not one-size-fits-all solutions, but are intended only as a guide.
