Since my webinar or Q&A was well received, I would like to at least try to offer this format on a regular basis and hope that it continues to spread and grow.

The topics this time will be legal questions about founding and self-employment, whereby I will limit myself to questions of legal forms such as GbR vs. UG vs. GmbH etc. and related questions such as articles of association, notary and the like.

But I don’t want to limit myself to e-sports. So the Q&A should also be suitable for other (internet) startups, streamers, YouTubers, etc.

As always, it will apply in this Q&A that I do not answer individual legal questions, but only consider general topics around the subject complex – already for liability reasons, my statements in such a Q&A are to be considered non-binding.

I’d love for the info about this Q&A to be shared, retweeted, or posted wherever as news. The more here members manage to drop by regularly and like to idle on my server in the future, the better we can build a community.
