Participation in kick-off event Esport Law: Questions?

On 17.05.2019, the inaugural conference of the Research Center for Esport Law will take place at the University of Augsburg. The field of speakers covers all major areas of the industry. The foundation of the Research Center for eSports Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Augsburg is to be given a ceremonial and at the same time scientific framework.

As a lawyer with a large number of esport clients, I will of course also be taking part.

The event will begin the representatives of the research center. Prof. Dr. Martin Maties and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Michael Kubiciel will each give a presentation on a selected esports law topic. This will be followed by a forum for practitioners and then policymakers to comment on the (legal) challenges of eSports. The event will conclude with a moderated discussion among all speakers.

I would like to give all readers the chance to ask questions, which I try to clarify with colleagues. Just post them in the comments and I’ll try to get/discuss answers, from problems in marketing, advertising labeling, social security law, funding, to youth protection.
