Many innovative visionaries who combine IT and law are now asking whether we actually need a Civil Law 4.0 to be able to implement the tremendous possibilities of smart contracts. For a current project, I currently also have to dive deep into the legal nature of smart contracts, coins, ICO’s and some more. Unfortunately, there is not really much written down by lawyers on this yet.
I would be interested in essays, commentaries and possibly even court decisions in Germany. Anyone who can help me here, please send referrals or similar to haertel@rahaertel.com.
