I have already reported on warnings about the Fortnite brand here. I would like to warn you once again on this occasion. Before doing business with the Fortnite brand, Fortnite products, or even things that correspond to Fortnite items, or distributing this content over the Internet, you should consult with a lawyer who specializes in IT/IP law. The law firm Beiten Burkhardt continues to issue warnings rigorously and at high amounts in dispute. In doing so, the warning letters basically give the impression that many of the legal issues asserted are absolutely clear. However, these are often enough not. In the last six months alone, I have seen or processed a double-digit number of warning letters from the law firm.

This time, the use of the trademark on T-shirts and similar products was warned.

As with all warning letters, however, it is advisable not to ignore the matter and, above all, not to contact the other side alone. This will not get a person who has been warned any further.
