The law firm Beiten Burkhardt continues to issue warnings rigorously and at high amounts in dispute. In doing so, the warning letters basically give the impression that many of the legal issues asserted are absolutely clear. However, these are often enough not. In the last six months alone, I have seen or processed a double-digit number of warning letters from the law firm.
This time, the use of the trademark on T-shirts and similar products was warned.
As with all warning letters, however, it is advisable not to ignore the matter and, above all, not to contact the other side alone. This will not get a person who has been warned any further.
