The year 2022 ended differently than I thought it would at the beginning of the year. While I assumed at the beginning of the year that I would be able to do some exciting projects in the blockchain space, unfortunately this hope was dashed this November and I was forced to completely stop my activities at GamesCoin Group.

In 2023, the focus will be on rebuilding the firm and new projects.

Excitingly, therefore, 2023 will be dominated by the rebuilding of the firm and the servicing of many nascent new projects in blockchain, games and esports.

I am therefore again much more flexible in handling a wide range of tasks in the field of contract drafting, start-up consulting (including financing and the like) and general consulting for IT companies.

In addition, during the course of the year, I will also offer the possibility of directly providing advice and assistance in the field of tax consulting, thus completing the offer of the firm. More on this in a few months.

Finally, I will also be able to more clearly bring my strengths of 25 years of entrepreneurship to bear in providing legal advice to help build, grow, and generally structure in particular games, esports, and blockchain startups, as well as marketing, influencer, and online services companies.
