When and where do I have to label advertising or a sponsorship and in what way?
Some new rulings have certainly shaped the legal situation a bit and the danger of warning letters for YouTubers, Twitch streamers, Esport teams, but also for commercial Instagram and Twitter accounts has become much greater. Even though the gray area is huge, I would like to give a small overview of where the journey could go with my current video.
