Not clickable OS link..again and again!

This post is also available in: Deutsch

Since I have just received another current and absolutely unnecessary warning regarding the EU dispute resolution platform, I would like to point out once again that every business based in the EU that sells goods and/or services to EU consumers or provides services must include the link to the ODR platform if the services are offered on a website or otherwise by electronic means and if consumers place the order via the website or otherwise by electronic means.

Furthermore, although no entrepreneur is obliged to participate in the platform or dispute resolution and can also ignore emails from the platform without any risk, the link must still be attached and the link must also be clickable.

Every day, there are probably hundreds of warnings on this completely useless topic and, as a rule, clients can only be advised to pay, since the issue is decided by and there is usually nothing to be said against the warning.

So: quickly check again whether your own website or your own sales pages on marketplaces have included the link!
